What will they do during the visit?

That depends on what your loved one enjoys. Visits might include conversation, games, hobbies, preparing a light meal, going for a walk or simply enjoying relaxed company together.

Can respite support be arranged regularly?

Yes. Support can be arranged on a regular basis or according to your family's needs and our availability. We'll discuss the most suitable arrangement during your consultation.

Can you provide personal care while I'm away?

No. VivoLuxe currently provides non-regulated companionship and practical home support. We do not provide regulated personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting or medication administration.

Will my loved one have the same support worker?

Wherever possible, yes. Consistency is an important part of the VivoLuxe approach because seeing a familiar person can help build trust, comfort and a genuine relationship.

Can you keep me updated while I'm away?

Where appropriate and with the person receiving support's agreement, we can arrange a simple update so you know how the visit has gone. We'll agree communication preferences when creating the support plan.
